What it is

A Soul Portrait is a hand-painted work that captures your energy, story, and essence.
It isn’t photo-realism; it’s an intuitive translation of color, gesture, and form that reflects who you are (and who you’re becoming). Each painting is created in my studio, guided by a short intake and optional call. Remote or in-person.

How it works

  • 1) Book & secure your spot

    Reserve your portrait with a 40% deposit. I open limited monthly slots to protect the quality of the work.

  • 2) Intake (short & gentle)

    You’ll receive a brief questionnaire and (optional) 30–45 min call. If remote, you can share 2–3 reference photos, no need for perfect shots.

  • 3) Creation (studio time)

    I paint intuitively on high-quality canvas using acrylic/mixed media. I don’t share the process until it’s done. This is trust-based art.

  • 4) Delivery + Soul Note

    You receive your finished painting plus a short written “soul note” describing what came through. Shipping or studio pickup available.

Typical timeline: 6-10 weeks from intake.

FAQs

Can you work from photos?

Yes. Remote is welcome. Good natural-light photos help, but I work from your story first.

What if it’s a gift?

Lovely. I can provide a digital gift card and schedule the intake later with the recipient.

OR you share your story about your connection to the person you want to surprise and i’ll work from photos you deliver.

Can I request changes?

This is an intuitive process, no drafts. If a small adjustment is needed at the end, I’ll consider one light touch-up. Major reworks aren’t part of the process.

Usage rights?

You receive the physical artwork for personal display. Artist retains copyright; commercial or reproduction use needs written permission.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping and insurance are quoted by location. Local studio pickup is possible, both in Belgium and South-Africa.

Can I request specific colors or symbols?

Yes. In the intake there’s a space for “must-have” and “please avoid” colors, plus any meaningful symbols, words, or motifs. I use these as anchors when I paint, while keeping the composition intuitive so the piece still breathes and feels alive.
